| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了线阵CCD和SPI的工作原理,以TCD1208AP和单片机内嵌SPI为应用对象,设计了SPI与线阵CCD的接口。具体内容包括:CCD驱动电路,CCD输出信号处理电路和数据接收方法。实验表明接口简单、可靠,具有较大的实用价值。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the operating principle of line array CCD and SPI is introduced,with TCD1208AP and SPI embedded in single chip processor,the CCD interface is designed,including the drive circuit,the output signal processing circuit and the method of data collection.Experiments show that the interface is the simple,dependable and largely practicable. |
