基于Adams/Car的客车前悬架模型的仿真分析

摘    要:利用Adams/Car建立钢板弹簧非独立悬架模型,并进行双轮平行跳动仿真试验.仿真试验得到外倾角、车轮前束角、主销内倾角与车轮跳动行程的关系,前束角变化很小,为0.01°/100 mm;车轮外倾角变化很小,为0.019°/100 mm.分析得出的外倾角、车轮前束角和主销内倾角均在合理的取值范围内,该悬架系统具有良好的操作稳定性.

Abstract:Adams/Car is used to establish a non independent leaf spring suspension model and the simulation test on parallel wheel travel is performed. The relationships among the camber, toe in, kingpin inclination and wheel travel are obtained by the simulation test. The toe in change is very small (0.01°/100 mm), and the camber change is also small (0.019°/100 mm). The result shows that camber, toe in, kingpin inclination are in reasonable range, and so the suspension system has good operation stability.
