707(A)铁素体药芯焊丝在薄装甲钢上的焊接试验

摘    要:07(A)铁素体药芯焊丝与A147奥氏体焊条在实验条件下焊接616装甲钢的对比试验表明,707(A)铁素体药芯焊丝焊接616装甲钢时具有较高的抗裂纹能力,焊接接头的横向拉伸强度、常温及-40℃时低温冲击功等力学性能优于奥氏体焊条。实验表明,707(A)药芯焊丝可以在工况条件下进行616装甲钢构件的焊接试生产

Abstract:The comparative test between the 707(A) ferritic flux cored wire and the austenitic welding rod under welding test condition on the 616 armour steel shows that the 707(A) ferritic flux cored wire has better capability of weld crack resistance and higher mechanical properties, such as transverse tensile strength, impact resistance under normal temperature and -40℃ low temperature, than that of the austenitic welding rod. The test indicates that the 707(A) ferritic flux cored wire can find application to welding on the 616 armour steel under working condition.
