| 摘 要： | 采用硅片三端磁阻传感器制成的数字显示转速表，具有电路结构简单，运行可靠及磁传感器所具有非接触等特点，阐述了该转速表的工作原理及电路的组成，该硅磁阻传感器运用常规硅平面工艺技术作成，这为该类磁阻传感器的推广，运用与发展提供了更为广阔的前景。
