纤维素衍生物生产废水处理用气浮剂的研究

摘    要:气浮法是用于回收纤维素衍生物废水中纤维素的一种非常有效的方法。针对国内浮选剂使用不便、浮选效果不好的弱点,采用单体丙烯酰胺、单体二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵和单体甲基丙烯酸甲酯进行反相乳液三元共聚,制成了性能优良的气浮剂EPGF525。实验证明该气浮剂水溶性能与浮选性能已达到国外同类产品水平,并明显优于国内同类产品。

Abstract:Gas floatation process is a very effective method to reclaim the cellulose in wastewater,which produced by the technics of manufacturmg nitrolcell.However,the domestic floatation agent has two main disadvantages:inconvenience and inefficence.By reverse ternary emulsion polymerization with monomer AM,monomer DMC and monomer MMA the gas floatation agent EPGF525 was obtained.The gas floatation agent EPGF525 reaches the performance and competence of similar advanced product abroad,and even exceeds domestic product.
