基于PLC技术的Z3040摇臂钻床控制系统设计

摘    要:针对Z3040摇臂钻床的工作特点,设计了摇臂钻床的PLC新式控制系统,给出了钻床控制改造方案和控制程序。本文详细论述了系统的设计方案,各部分硬件的构成,完成了软硬件及外围电路的设计开发,并结合实际运行情况对系统做了进一步的改进和扩展,减少了系统布线,投资少,控制稳定,具有较好的推广价值。该控制方法简单易行、动态响应快、系统控制效果好。实际应用表明,该系统具有加工精度高、抗干扰性好、自动化程度高、实用性强的特点。

Abstract:According to the work characteristics of Z3040 radial drilling machine, a new PLC control system for the radial drilling machine is designed in this paper,meanwhile the reform plans and control programs of the machine control system are also provided. This paper described the design scheme of system and the hardware structure of various parts in detail, the design and development of software, hardware and peripheral circuits is carried out. Then aimed at work circumstance, make a further improvement and reduce wiring of the system. This design has the advantages such as small investment and control stability,so it has a better promotional value. This control method is easy, its dynamic responds is rapid and the control effects on system are good. The practical application shows that the system has the advantage of high machining accuracy, fine anti-jamming, high automation and perfect practicability.
