摘    要:本文用热分析法并结合金相法和断口法研究了过热程度、原始组织、加热速度等对奥氏体相变再结晶温度的影响。结果表明,过热程度的影响最大,使奥氏体相变再结晶温度与重结晶温度相差达130℃。淬火组织经回火后,相变再结晶温度有所降低。加热速度对相变再结晶温度有很大影响。

Abstract:This papaer investigates the influence of over heating level, starting microstructures and heat-rate on recrystallization temperature. The larger the over heating level, the more serious structure inheritance and the higher recrystallization temperature. After tempering, structure inheritance reduces, the recrystallization temperature reduces. The slower heat-rate, the more serious structure inheritance and the higher recrystallization temperature.
