摘    要:针对我国在电子产品健康监控和故障预测(PHM)方面开展的研究较少的现实情况,在对国外PHM技术进行大量调研并清理和总结大量的PHM理论研究和实际工程实践的基础上,明确了对电子产品进行健康监控和故障预测的技术框架,它包括电子产品PHM软硬件系统的体系结构框图及其关键技术要素、主要相关环节的技术细节和实施方案.并通过对实际PHM软硬件系统的工程设计和研究,明确了对电子产品进行健康监控和故障预测主要相关环节的技术细节,验证了电子产品PHM技术框架在工程上的可行性,完成了构建复杂电子产品PHM系统的第一步.

Abstract:Because of less research on prognostic and health monitoring(PHM) technologies of electronic products in our country,the framework of PHM technologies of electronic products is indicated by investigating many foreign PHM technologies and summarizing many PHM theories and engineering activities.It includes system architecture of hardware and software,key technologies,some main relative details and implementing steps.And main technology details are indicated by designing and researching hardware and software system.The framework is verified and the first step of establishing PHM system of electronic products is finished.
