摘    要:文章从青年的重要性和特点入手,结合所在单位青年员工结构特点,对区外销售企业当前在青年员工队伍建设上存在的问题进行了总结,并从社会和企业层面对产生这些问题的原因进行了深入分析,最后提出了区外销售企业青年员工队伍建设在思想教育和引导、满足利益诉求两大方面应采取的七项具体措施。

Abstract:The article starts from the importance and characteristics of young employees,and,combining the structural characteristics of young employees in the author's company,summarizes the problems that currently exist in the building of young workforce in outside-the-region sales companies.The article then does an in-depth analysis of the reasons for these problems from the social and enterprise levels;in the end,the article proposes seven specific measures that ought to be taken in the two major areas of young-workforce-building in outsidethe-region sales companies,i.e.education and guidance of young employees as well as meeting their interests and demands.
