海水化学成分对水泥基材料的侵蚀

摘    要:针对水泥基材料受海水腐蚀的情况,通过质量损失率、抗压强度损失率、抗渗性能及外观分析,评价水泥基材料在10倍海水浓度各化学成分长期浸泡下的抗腐蚀性能。结果表明在海水的主要成分中,对水泥基材料侵蚀性能由大到小的顺序为MgSO4、K2SO4、MgCl2、NaCl。降低水胶比和添加掺合料可以有效提高水泥基材料抗海水腐蚀性能。在长期浸泡条件下,海水化学成分对水泥基材料的侵蚀破坏分别表现为Mg(OH)2和钙矾石的生成。主要侵蚀成分为Mg2+和SO42-,其中SO42-略严重,二者复合对水泥基材料侵蚀更加严重。

Abstract:In connection with corrosion of seawater on cement-based materials,corrossion resistance of cement-based materials were evaluated by mass loss rate,loss rate of compressive strength,Penetration resistance and external appearance change under marinated in each chemical composition of seawater with 10 time concentration.The results showed that order of corrosion was MgSO4>K2SO4>MgCl2>NaCl.Decreasing water-cement ratio and adding admixture can effectively increased corrosion resistance of cement based materials.Corrosion of seawater on cement-based material was because that Mg(OH)2 and AFt were produced.The main corrosion composition were Mg2+ and SO42-.Corrosion of SO42- was more seriously and after coupling of both corrosion of cement-based materials were aggravated.
