S355J2W+N钢焊接接头显微组织与力学性能

摘    要:使用国产焊丝H08MnSiCuCrNiⅡ,利用焊接机器人对S355J2W+N钢用MAG焊的焊接方法进行了焊接,通过拉伸、硬度和金相检验试验方法对焊接接头显微组织和力学性能进行了分析研究。结果表明:焊接接头具有较好的力学强度,最大硬度值215.2HV出现在焊接热影响区。焊缝组织主要为先共析铁素体、板条铁素体及少量珠光体和粒状贝氏体,过热区主要为块状先共析铁素体、珠光体、粒状贝氏体,细晶区主要是细小的铁素体和珠光体。

Abstract:The S355J2W+N steel was welded using domestic welding wire of H08MnSiCuCrNiⅡ in the method of MAG by welding robot.Tensile,hardness and metallographic tests were carried on the welded joints we got to study the mechanical properties and microstructures of those joints.The results show that the welded joints have fine mechanical property.The biggest hardness is 215.2HV and exists in heat affected zone.Microstructure in the welding seam mainly contains proeutectoid ferrite,lath ferrite,and a little pearlite as well as granular bainite.The overheated zone mainly contains granular proeutectoid ferrite,some pearlite and granular bainite.The fine grained region mainly contains small and homogeneous ferrite and pearlite.
