波纹管强化换热的计算机理及实验

摘    要:针对波纹管的强化传热特性,采用理论程序分析与实验研究相结合的方法优化工程设计,提出了浸入式波纹管污水换热器的设计计算方法,并实测了利用该换热器的城市污水热能回收与利用系统的运行参数。测试结果显示:采用该计算程序设计的污水换热器的换热量完全满足建筑物的负荷要求。同时,与其他非金属污水换热器(铝塑管污水换热器、PP-R管污水换热器)的换热效果进行了对比实验,为浸入式污水换热器的优化设计和工程应用提供理论依据和技术参数。

Abstract:In accordance with the characteristics on heat transfer of corrugated pipe,the engineering design was optimized by the method of the theoretical analysis and experimental research.The method of calculation and design on the sewage heat exchanger of the submersible corrugated pipe was firstly put forward.The actual operating parameter of air-conditioning system used this heat exchanger has been measured by experiments.The test results show that quantity of heat released from this sewage heat exchanger can satisfy with demand on the cold(hot) load of building.At the same time,the result analysis of comparative experiment is performed with other nonmetallic sewage heat exchangers of the plastic-Al pipe and PP-R pipe.The theoretical basis and the technical parameters for the optimizing design and engineering application are provided in this paper.
