玉米须急性毒性及致突变性

摘    要:考察了玉米须对小鼠急性毒性及致突变作用。利用最大耐受量法对小鼠的急性毒性进行研究,采用常用的小鼠精子畸形,骨髓微核,Ames试验考察玉米须/玉米须水提液对小鼠是否有致突变作用。结果表明,玉米须的LD50≥15g/kg,按照国家标准规定属于实际无毒物质;玉米须对抑制小鼠精子畸形有一定抑制作用,并且对小鼠雄性器官、摄食量及体重变化无影响;骨髓微核试验及Ames试验均表明玉米须无致突变作用。

Abstract:The acute toxicology and mutagenic action of corn silk were investigated.Acute toxicology was studied by MTD,and mutagenic action was studied by sperm abnormality test,bone marrow cell micronucleus test and Ames test.The results show that the LD50 of corn silk in higher than 15 g/kg,which indicated actual innocuous substance;Corn silk has no adverse effect on sperm form,male organs and body weight,moreover,the Ames test and bone marrow cell micronucleus test demostrate have no mutagenic action.
