地面荷载作用盾构隧道纵向力学行为

摘    要:基于弹性地基梁理论建立了地面荷载作用下的盾构隧道结构的纵向内力模型,该模型可以预测出地面集中荷载或均布荷载作用时地下盾构隧道产生的纵向附加沉降变形和内力,并且计算结果与有限元计算结果相吻合。同时对不同软土的基床系数、埋深和刚度对盾构隧道的纵向力学行为进行了分析。结果表明:在地面荷载作用下,盾构隧道的埋深、软土的基床系数对盾构隧道的力学行为影响较大。在地面荷载作用下,如果盾构隧道的埋深较小或者土层强度很弱,会导致盾构隧道产生较大的附加沉降变形和内力,甚至使结构破坏。因此在设计中应尽量避免软土层中浅埋盾构隧道情况的发生,必要时应该对软土地层土进行地基加固处理。

Abstract:The mechanical model of shield tunnel is established with elastic foundation beam theory.The model can predict the value of additional longitudinal settlement and internal force of the shield.And the theoretical results coincide with the finite element results.According to the different coefficient of subgrade reaction,buried depth and stiffness,the longitudinal mechanics behavior of shield tunnel is reached.The results indicate that coefficient of soft subgrade reaction and buried depths have great influence on mechanics behavior of shield tunnel.The big additional settlement deformation and interval force will appear,even lead to structure failure when buried depth or soil strength is low.Therefore,in the design,shallow buried shield tunnel in soft soil should be avoided,it is necessary to take reinforcement treatment of foundation.
