摘    要:为实现营运车辆制动器蹄片磨损量的动态检测,提出了采用阻值分级法的蹄片磨损量检测模型,研究了传感器阻值在检测精度分别为10%、5%、2%、1%、0.5%和0.2%时的分布规律。仿真结果表明:随着检测精度的提高和分压电阻阻值的减小,磨损前后并联电阻阻值成明显的近似线性关系。研发了蹄片磨损传感器并进行了试验。试验结果表明:试验传感器的检测电压阈值为0.15V,可实现对磨损量为1mm、精度为8.3%的蹄片磨损量动态检测,验证了制动蹄片磨损量动态检测方法的可行性和准确性。

Abstract:For realizing the wear dynamic detection of operating vehicle brake shoe,the brake shoe wear detection model adopting resistance classification method was presented.The resistance distribution principle of sensor was researched with the detection accuracy of 10%、5%、2%、1%、0.5%和0.2%,respectively.Simulation results show that the approximate linear relationship is clear between the parallel resistances before and after wearing accompanying with higher detection precision and lower split-voltage resistance.Wear sensors of brake shoe were developed and experiments were performed.Experimental results show that the detection voltage threshold of the experimental sensor is 0.15 V.The dynamic detection for brake shoe wear is realized with wearing value of 1 mm and detection precision of 8.3%.The feasibility and accuracy of the dynamic detection method for brake shoe wear are inspected.
