车辆钢板弹簧的多目标可靠性稳健优化设计

摘    要:为提高车辆钢板弹簧的安全性和稳健性,运用可靠性稳健优化设计理论和多目标思想,为车辆钢板弹簧建立一个可靠性稳健优化设计的高维多目标模型。为提高模型的求解精度,利用层次分析法选取粒子群算法中的全局极值和个体极值,提出了基于层次分析法的多目标粒子群算法。与传统方法相比,利用该算法进行可靠性稳健优化设计高维多目标模型求解,简便易行并能迅速准确地得到车辆钢板弹簧的可靠性稳健优化设计信息。

Abstract:To improve the safety and robustness of vehicle leaf spring,a large-dimensional multi-objective model was given for vehicle leaf spring with the reliability robust optimization theory and multi-objective decision making methods.Further more,a multi-objective particle swarm algorithm based on Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) was proposed to improve solution accuracy of model.And the global best and personal best of particle swarm algorithm are selected by AHP theory.Comparing with traditional methods,the proposed method for reliability robust optimization design with large-dimensional multi-objective model can obtain the information of vehicle leaf spring on reliability robust optimization design accurately and quickly.
