稀土在硅锰铸钢件上的应用

摘    要:对硅锰铸钢添加稀土后的铸态组织、断口、热处理组织进行了观察分析,认为硅锰铸钢中添加稀土后,对铸态组织、夹杂物、淬火组织产生良好的影响,从而使铸钢的冲击韧度有较大幅度的提高。在保证硅锰铸钢淬火、低温回火后,吼值大于200KJ/m^2的前提下,可提高硅锰铸钢的含碳量,使其耐磨性提高,为扩大硅锰铸钢的应用范围创造了有利条件。

Abstract:The as-cast structure , fracture and structure of heat treatment of Si-Mn steel casting with rare earth elements were analyzed.The results show that, putting rare earth in Si-Mn steel has a good influence on as-cast structure,impurity and quenching structure, can improve the impact toughness. In the precondition of quaranting ak>200kJ/m2 after quenching and tempering at low temperature, the anti-wear property of Si-Mn steel can improve by increasing carbon content, which extends the use of Si-Mn steel .
