荧光增白剂及其应用与发展

荧光增白剂 (FWA)发现于 2 0世纪 2 0年代 ,由于其良好的增白效果 ,目前已广泛应用在造纸、纺织、塑料、涂料、合成洗涤剂和皮革等工业中 .介绍了荧光增白剂的增白机理和独特的增白性能 ,在对有实际意义的相关文献与近四年美国CA收录的FWA进行了综合分析的基础上 ,分别综述了其在国、内外的发展状况和目前国内生产中存在的有关问题 ,并对其今后的发展方向———环保型品种的研制、良好性能产品的国产化、产品配套系列化开发以及FWA复配增效的研究等方面作了相应探讨 ,最后对其应用也做了简要介绍

Fluorescent whitening agent including its application and development

Fluorescent whitening agents(FWA)have been developed for 80years since they were observed in 1920's. Because of their unique excellent whitening effect they are widely used in many industrial fields such as papermaking, textile, plastic resin, coating, detergent and leather. The article has introduced the whitening mechanism and the special whitening character. It has showed basic structural types as well. On base of synthesis to relative documents in practice and references of CA in recent four years, development and currently situation of abroad and domestic are summarized respectively in the article. Furthermore, some problems of native production are analyzed and the developing trend which are environmental protect, homemade, series and the study of mixtures is discussed. The appliance of FWA is introduced at last.
