摘    要:对制氢转化炉对流室过热段炉管试运行中发生的破裂性质及原因进行了试验分析。指出:破裂属应力腐蚀开裂;介质中带入Cl^-离子,焊接热规范偏大(敏区区范围较大,残余应力值较高),采用不含Ti,Nb等稳定化元素的18-8型单相奥氏体不锈钢等是造成上述损伤的主要原因。

Abstract:Material test and rupture analysis of the converter tubes in the superheat stage of convection cell were carried out.Ruslts show that the breakage of tubes is a stress corrosion cracking.The damage of tubes is caused by extereining Cl - Ion into medium,more strict welding heat specification,and using the materials of single phase austenite stainless steel which contain no stabilized Ti and Nb elements.
