| 摘 要： | 节能省地型住宅的可持续发展,是实现社会、经济、环境协调发展的基本前提.该文从节能省地型住宅的核心问题:节地、节能、节水、节材与环境保护方面出发,提出了节能省地型住宅技术经济评价原则.从减少建筑本体能耗、减少建筑子系统能耗、能耗对环境的影响等13个不同侧面构建了节能省地型住宅技术经济评价指标体系. |
