制浆造纸综合废水深度处理中型实验

摘    要:利用"磁处理+催化聚合+絮凝沉淀"组合技术处理废纸造纸综合废水。处理规模为600m3/d的中型实验结果表明,在进水CODCr150mg/L、色度50倍左右时,出水可稳定在CODCr60mg/L、色度7倍以内;系统对CODCr色度的去除率分别为60%和85%;水处理药剂费用为1.25元/m3。

Abstract:Advanced treatment of pulp and papermaking wastewater using "magnetic treatment + catalyzed+ coagulation" technology was introduced. Pilot experiment with a scale of 600m3/d showed a satisfactory result. When the input wastewater's CODCr is about 150mg/L,the colority is about 50 times,the output water's CODCr is about 60mg/L,the colority is about 7 times. The removal ratios of CODCr and colority are up to 60% and 85%. The operation cost is about RMB 1.25 yuan/m3.
