摘    要:设备新度评价在企业设备资产管理中占据重要的地位。本文首先阐述了设备新度评价的内涵,揭示了现行设备新度评价方法的不足;然后引入模糊积分综合评价方法,并结合层次分析法建立基于模糊积分的设备新度评价模型;最后,以注水泵为例,通过具体应用说明了该模型的有效性。

Abstract:Residue ratio evaluation of equipment takes up an important position in equipment assets management of enterprises. Firstly, this article expounds the connotation of residue ratio evaluation of equipment, and points out the deficiency of current residue ratio evaluation method; Then, Fuzzy Integral evaluation method being introduced, and combining with Analytic Hierarchy Process, it sets up residue ratio evaluation model of equipment based on Fuzzy Integral; Finally, the paper takes an affusion pump for example and puts it into application in order to show the validity of the evaluation model.
