摘    要:地区电网调度智能辅助决策软件涵盖事前预警、事中诊断、事后恢复3个连续性过程.通过设备状态监视、稳定断面监视、系统预警等3个层次对电网薄弱环节进行分析,准确把握电网的监控要点,给出相应的优化校正策略.事故时依据开关变位、保护动作等信息,基于拓扑分析原理准确诊断出故障范围,生成故障影响报告,自动提供失电区恢复策略.地区电网调度智能辅助决策软件的特点为智能、实用、主动、可视化,可有效提高调度运行人员驾驭大电网的能力,缩短事故处理时间,使电网调度由目前的"人工分析型"上升为"自动智能型".
