| 摘 要： | 论述了吉化合成氨装置现状，该装置因生产技术落后、设备老化，导致设备故障频繁发生，每年设备维修费高达１．２亿元，因资金严重不足，超期服役的设备得不到及时更新改造，加快了设备老化速度。对现有装置进行改造已刻不容缓，改造后的装置采用德士古部分氧化专利技术，工艺技术先进可靠，气化工艺流程短，设备结构简单，投资省。改造后合成氨装置各项生产技术指标达到九十年代先进水平。 |

| Abstract: | The paper presents the current states of JCGC Synthesis Ammonia Plant.Troubles of equipment occur frequently and yearly maintenance fee is as high as 120 million RMB as a result of outdated production technology and aged equipment.Furthermore,due to lack of funds,over servicing equipment can not be refreshed in time,and the aging of equipment is sped up.It is very urgent to carry out rebuild on the Plant.The plant will be rebuilt by utilizing Texco'partial oxidation technology featured advanced and reliable process,short gasification process flow sheet,simple equipment structure,and low investment.Production and technical index of rebuilt plant can reach advanced level of 90's. |
