柴油机磨合油选用的灰色关联度分析

摘    要:本文在磨合油选用定性分析的基础上,对其铁元素浓度序列和磨损度序列进行了A型关联度,绝对关联度和B型关联度。分析结果表明绝对关联度的分辨率较低,A型关联度与B型关联度的分析结构与定性分析一致。磨合油的选用既要考虑序列的“相近性”,又要考虑其“相似性”,因此A型关联度与绝对关联度的加权组合,B型关联度都是适用的。磨合序列的灰色关联度分析为磨合油的选用提供了一种定量分析方法。

Abstract:Based on the qualitative analysis of running-in oil selection, A-mode relational degree,absolute relational degree and B-mode relational degree are used to analyze series of iron element concentration and wear degree. It is proved that the resolving rate of absolute relational degree is low and the conclusion of A-mode and B-mode relational degree is consistent with the qualitative analysis. Because both the similarity and contiguity of the series are considered for running-in oil selection, B-mode relational degree and the weighting combination of A-mode relational degree and absolute relational degree are all suitable. The grey relational analysis of running-in series offers a quantitative method for running-in oil selection.
