| 摘 要： | 文章以GSM系统为例,提出了一种简单有效的蜂窝通信系统中小区选择和小区重选策略,利用该策略可以准确地获取不同小区对参考移动台的衰减指标和小区重选指标,为小区选择和小区重选提供一个可靠的依据。该策略可通过改变仿真参数,应用到任一蜂窝通信系统中,可有效解决通用性问题。

| Abstract: | In this paper,a simple measurement method on cell selection and cell reselection is proposed.We could accurately obtain the attenuation criteria and cell reselection criteria by applying this method,for a giving Mobile Station(MS) in cellular communication networks such as GSM network.Furthermore,it could be exploited in any cellular communication systems by changing some simulation parameters. |
