针对性地发展我国石油用焊接钢管

简要介绍了我国石油用焊接钢管的生产现状、生产能力及产品结构，分析了不同焊接工艺的石油管的特点及应用范围。指出我国不宜再建螺旋焊管机组，而应提高现有螺旋焊管机组的成型焊接工艺水平。建议新建1～2条大直径直缝焊管生产线，加快焊接石油套管的达产及推广，开发石油用焊接钢管的新产品和其他材质的石油管材。

DEVELOPING DOMESTIC WELDED O. C. T. G. PROOUCTION IN A PINPOINTING WAY

The paper involves a breifing concerning the current production situation, capacity,product-mix of domestic welded O. C. T. G. industry, and features and application scopes of different manufacture processes of O. C. T. G. The co-authors point out that it is necessary to upgrade the welding process for pipe formation of the existing spiral weld-oil pipe mills, instead of setting up aug more mill of that kind. In additiond It is proposed to set up a new produCtion line for latgesized straight welded pipes, to speed up welded-oil casing mills' full capacity-aimed operation and spreading of the said mills as well as to further develop new welded O. C. T. G. and oil pipes made with other materials.
