Starting from the profound impact by the development of informationization in modern society on college libraries, the paper discusses the relationship between human beings and information by introducing the design idea of independence, diversification and combination, and then visions building new college library space system. The paper, by analyzing the change of area ratio of function space in college libraries, proposes new space form and area ratio, and then discusses the organization method of core space.
