摘    要:通过有限元方法,对可门电厂烟气脱硫吸收塔进行结构计算分析。首先得到了塔体的振型、周期等自振特性,然后分析了塔体以及主要构件在各种荷载作用下的应力和变形,最后讨论了吸收塔塔体、构件及设计构造等。文中方法与结果可为类似工程借鉴。

Abstract:Using finite element method,structural analysis of smoking desulfuration absorber tower is carried out for Kemen Electric Plant.The natural frequency(period) and vibration mode are computed sequentially for the absorber tower structure.Then the tress and deformation are evaluated thoroughly over the tower subjected to different load cases.Finally,the design of tower shell,big pipe,detailed joint etc are discussed in line with the numerical results.The results and procedure can provide reference for similar projects.
