乌桕梓油中甘四酯的分离及鉴定

摘    要:乌桕梓油中含有一种特殊结构的四酯成分.利用柱层析技术对乌桕梓油中的四酯进行分离.采用紫外分光光度法(UV)、气相色谱(GC)、气相色谱-质谱联用(GC - MS)和高效液相色谱(HPLC)对分离样品进行分析.结果表明,柱层析适宜的分离条件为:硅胶为吸附剂,95%石油醚和乙酸乙酯的混合溶液为洗脱剂,洗脱剂流速为1 mL/min,硅胶用量为17 g/g梓油.在此条件下可以得到纯度为98%的梓油四酯产品,其收率为54.8%.

Abstract:Stillingia oil are extracted from the seeds of Sapoum sebifrrum Roxb.It contains a special structure of tetracylglycerols.Tetracylglycerols in stillingia oil is isolated using column chromatography.The UV spectrometry,Gas Chromatography(GC),Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry(GC-MS) and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) are used to analyze the separated samples.The result shows that the column chromatography is preferably conducted under such conditions:Silica gel as adsorbent,95%of petroleum ether and 5% ethyl acetate mixtures as eluent,flow rate of 1ml/min,m(stillingia oil):m(silica)= 1∶ 17.The purity of 98% of stillingia oil samples is obtained and the yield is 54.8% under this condition.
