| 摘 要： | 对魔芋葡甘聚糖的化学结构以及改性研究进展进行综述。主要对3种改性方法进行比较,提出3种改性方法可供修饰的位点,并给出研究实例来论证,最后对改性进行展望。旨为今后对魔芋葡甘聚糖改性研究提供更多参考。

| Abstract: | The paper reviews the chemical struction of Konjac Glucomannan and the advancement in the research of Konjac Glucomannan modification methods.It mainly compares these three methods and proposes the available modified sites of three methods modification,and then gives the researched examples to demonstrate it,and prospect the modification progress at last,which is aimed to provide more reference for the study of Konjac Glucomannan modification. |
