山核桃油改善小鼠记忆功能的研究

摘    要:对山核桃油改善小鼠的记忆功能进行了评价和研究。通过空间航行定位试验,各试验组的逃避潜伏期和对照组比较,均有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中,低剂量组(34.86±16.45)、高剂量组(30.94±15.36)和对照组(46.39±10.89)比较,有显著性差异(P<0.01);在小鼠空间探索试验中,各剂量组与对照组比较,小鼠穿越平台次数没有显著性差异,在东北象限的停留时间有显著性差异(P<0.05),其中,高剂量组(42.35±12.26)差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01),与定位航行试验结果基本一致,说明各剂量组小鼠的空间记忆保持能力及空间定位的准确性强于对照组。试验结果表明,山核桃油对小鼠的记忆能力有显著的改善作用。

Abstract:The effect of carya kernel oil on the improvement of memory capacity of mice was evaluated and studied.The results were as following,Concerning the memory capacity of mice,comparing with control group,all dose groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).In orientation sailing experiment,it was revealed that escape latencies of dose group(low dose group P<0.01,high dose group P<0.01,middle dose group P<0.05)are all shorter than control group.In spatial memory trial experiment,comparing with control group,the number of crossing the platform had not statistical significance,staying time in northeast quadrant of dose group(high dose group P<0.01,low dose group P<0.05,middle dose group P<0.05)are all more than control group,the result is the same as the result of the orientation sailing experiment.Thus the experiment results of the research showed that carya kernel oil could greatly improve the memory capability of mice.
