亚麻木酚素小鼠体内抗氧化活性研究

摘    要:研究亚麻木酚素(SDG)在小鼠体内的抗氧化作用。给小鼠灌胃高、中、低3个剂量组的亚麻木酚素,灌胃30 d,按照试剂盒方法测定小鼠脏器和血清中2种抗氧化酶活力和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果表明,亚麻木酚素中剂量组对提高小鼠肝脏、肾脏和血清中超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力具有明显的效果,较低剂量和高剂量组效果显著(P<0.05);对小鼠体内脂质氧化产物MDA含量,具有一定的量效关系。

Abstract:In order to study SDG′s antioxidant function in rat.,the sample rats were orally fed with high dose,middle dose and low dose of SDG,and then the and the antioxidase activities and the content of MDA in visceral organs were measured according to the ways stated on the kit.The result showed that the middle dose of SDG can obviously raise the vitality of SOD and GSH-Px in liver,kidney and blood serum,the low dose and high dose can also act so efficiently(P<0.05).The effects of these doses have a dose-response relation with MDA,which is the product of lipid oxidation in mice body.
