摘    要:流域的梯级开发对生态环境产生累积效应。阐述了累积效应的空间和时间表现特征,及群体性、系统性、累积性、波及性和潜在性影响效应特征。分析了澜沧江干流中、下游8个梯级水电站的建设运行对澜沧江的径流、水温、水质、泥沙和鱼类等方面产生的累积效应,表明澜沧江流域梯级开发应以流域的生态环境可承受程度作为临界阈值,控制生态环境的累积效应。

Abstract:The river basins cascade hydropower development may cause the cumulative effects on ecology and environment.It was expounded that the characteristics of cumulative effects of the spatial and temporal scope,and that of colonial,systematic,cumulative,diffusible and potential effects.The cumulative effects on runoff,water temperature,water quality,sediments and fishes was analyzed based on the 8-dam scheme on the middle and lower reaches of the Lancang River be completed and operated.Then,it was showed that the cumulative effects of the Lancang River basin cascade hydropower development on ecology and environment should be controlled according to the critical thresholds of sustainable degrees of ecology and environment in the basin.
