水中硝酸根分析方法的改进

摘    要:采用2,6-二甲基苯酚分光光度法测定水中硝酸根时,不仅对周围环境造成严重污染,而且该法受所用水和亚硝酸根的影响较大,重现性较差,测定结果不够准确.通过试验,改用紫外分光光度法测定水中的硝酸根,不仅简化了操作步骤,而且提高了方法的精密度和准确度.

Abstract:When the 2,6-2 methyl phenol spectrophotometry is used to determine the nitrateradical in water,it not only pollutes heavily the environment but also is greatly affected by the water used and the nitrite radical,its reproducibility is poor,and the results of determination are not accurate enough.Through experiment,the method for the determination of the nitrate radical in water is changed to ultraviolet spectrophotometry,which simplifies the operating steps as well as improves the precision and accuracy.
