纳米材料改善淀粉浆液浆膜性能分析

摘    要:为研究纳米材料对淀粉浆料浆液浆膜性能的影响,设计了纳米材料配比为0%~6%的7种纳米材料与淀粉的混合浆液,测试了7种混合浆液的粘附性、浆膜的强力、伸长率、耐磨性、吸湿性.测试结果表明:淀粉浆液中添加纳米材料后粘度降低,提高了淀粉浆料与化纤之间的粘着力,对纯棉纱同样有良好的粘附性能,纳米材料含量为3%~4%时,可明显改善淀粉浆料浆膜的强伸性和耐磨性.

Abstract:To research the influence on starch size and size film property of nanometer material, 7 blended size of nanometer material and starch were prepared, the blending ratio of nanometer material is 0 - 6%, Adhesion, size film strength, elongation, abrasion resistance and moisture adsorption of 7 blended size were tested. The test shows that adding nanometer material can reduce starch size viscosity, and enhance adhesive force of starch size and chemical fiber, it has better adhesion to pure cotton yarn. When the content of nanometer is 3%-4% , it can improve elongation strength and abrasion resistance of starch size film.
