星形溶聚丁苯橡胶/纳米SiO2共凝聚复合材料的结构与性能

摘    要:将有机化纳米SiO2混入星形溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)负离子聚合溶液中,制备了纳米填料增强SSBR共凝聚复合材料,研究了纳米增强共凝聚复合材料的相态结构、力学性能及动态力学性能。并与常规共混腔料进行了对比。结果表明。含2份的纳米SiO2共凝聚橡胶中再混入18份的纳米SiO2后,胶料的纳米分散状态明显优于常规共混胶料,其300%定伸应力、撕裂强度比常规共混胶料分别提高了100%和48%,损耗因子也有一定幅度的降低。

Abstract:The dispersion of silica in rubber is a popular issue investigated by many researchers, because the good dispersion has an important impact on the properties of its vulcanizate. In this paper, co-coagulation method is used to improve the dispersion of silica in star-shaped solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber (SSBR)synthesized with a new anion catalysis polymerization system and synthetic technology applied for patent.
