摘 要: | 南水北调东线第一期工程大型低扬程泵站群水泵性能后评估指标的提出,对水泵采购、监造、安装、验收等环节高质量、高标准执行具有指导和促进作用。大型低扬程水泵原型性能后评估内容包括装置效率和振动、噪声水平。基于南水北调工程水泵模型同台测试成果和有关规程规范,提出水泵装置效率、振动及噪声后评估指标。大泵流量测试建议采用内置式超声波流量计;水泵机组固定部件振动量测试应采用振动速度传感器。泵效率测试误差不大于±2.0%。

Post-Evaluating Indexes and Field Test Methods of Performance of Large Low-Lift Pumps in the Eastern Route of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project |

Abstract: | The post-evaluating indexes of pump performances of large low-lift pumps in the Eastern Route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project in first stage were put forward, which would help progress with high quality and standard in purchasing, supervising, installation and ac-ceptance check of pump. The efficiency and the values of vibration and noise of pump set should be post-evaluated. Based on the production of model pump test in the same test-bed for the South-to-North Water Transfer Project and related codes and specifications,the indexes were put for-ward. Ultrasonic flowmeter set in inlet passage was suggested to test flow of pump. The vibration of stators of pump set should use vibration ve-locity sensors. The test error of efficiency of pump should not exceed ±2.0%. |
