非调质钢在汽车曲轴、连杆锻件上的应用研究

摘    要:非调质钢是伴随国际上能源短缺而发展起来的一种高效节能钢,其性价比远优于传统合金结构钢,可广泛用于装备制造业.本文以国内某锻造厂为例,介绍了非调质钢在汽车锻件中的应用,并分析非调质钢锻件的性能要求以及锻造工艺对非调质钢锻件质量的影响,最后对目前非调质钢应用中存在的问题进行了讨论.
