摘    要:JC-30DB型交流变频电机直驱单轴绞车采用2台特殊的低速大扭矩交流变频主电机直接驱动滚筒,无大型高速齿轮减速箱、大型离合器和联轴器等配套部件,综合运用了全数字交流变频控制技术、能耗制动与盘刹技术、自动送钻、机电液一体化控制、智能软启动等新技术,整体技术性能先进,并具有结构简单、体积小、质量轻、效率高、适应能力强、移运性好、自动化程度高、使用维护简单等特点。

Abstract:Model JC-30DB single shaft drawworks of AC variable-frequency motor direct-drive is directly driven by two special AC variable-frequency electric motors which are of low speed and great torque,without the supplemental parts of large high-speed gear reducer casing and large clutch and shaft coupling,etc.Model JC-30DB single shaft drawworks adopts advanced AC variable-frequency device(VFD) with total numerical control system,new technology of energy consumption brake and disk brake control,automatic driller,electromechanical liquid integrated control and intelligence soft start,etc.The overall specifications of the Model JC-30DB single shaft drawworks is advanced and is characteristic of simple structure,light weight,little size,high efficiency,strong adaptability,easy transportation,high automation level and easy manipulation.
