| 摘 要： | 丁腈橡胶（NBR）与聚氯乙烯（PVC）共混合金是橡塑共混体系中一类重要的共混体系,NBR和PVC都属于极性聚合物,在共混过程中,相容性较好,因此这种体系被广为研究和应用。但此方法是选用粉末丁腈胶直接加入PVC中进行混炼共混,仍然存在共混不均匀的问题。本实验用乳液共混凝聚法制备了NBR/PVC共沉胶,研究了共沉工艺条件、丁腈胶种类与性能对NBR/PVC合金性能影响。
