摘    要:介绍了大功率IGBT的驱动原理及工作特性,设计了一种高可靠可维护具有四路驱动信号输出的高电压大功率IGBT驱动电路,给出了电路的原理图和关键参数设计原理及相关波形。

Abstract:This paper introduces the drive principle and operating characteristics of high-power IGBT,designes a high-voltage & high-power IGBT driver circuit which is high reliable and easily maintainable with four-way signal output.The circuit diagram,the design rationale of key parameters and relevant waveform are given.
