| Abstract: | This paper introduces the drive principle and operating characteristics of high-power IGBT,designes a high-voltage & high-power IGBT driver circuit which is high reliable and easily maintainable with four-way signal output.The circuit diagram,the design rationale of key parameters and relevant waveform are given. |
