纳米科技在空间通信领域的应用初探

摘    要:根据国内外的相关文献和资料,研究了纳米科学技术对通信科学技术和空间通信技术产生的影响,介绍了基于纳米技术的新颖通信器件及其在卫星通信中的重要应用。从纳米电子材料、新型纳米电子/光电子、"纳米卫星"、新型纳米感觉传感器等纳米科技的新兴研究领域,分析了纳米科学技术在通信科学技术和空间通信技术领域的应用。研究表明,新的纳米科技导致通信终端产品新的功能,进一步产生新的需求,从而导致通信技术新一轮的发展。

Abstract:Based on the reference and publication both at home and abroad,the prospects and future applications of nanotechnology in the communication and space communication are preliminarily studied.The effect of nanotechnology on communication and space communication technology is researched.The application of nano-science and-technology in communications and space communication domain is analyzed from the emerging fields of nano-electronic materials,new nano-electronics/photonics,"nano-satellite",new nano-sensors.The studies show that the new nanotechnology could lead to new features of the communication terminal products,and further generate new demand,thus resulting in a new-round dovelopment of communications technology.
