铜电解精炼过程中的节能措施与实践

摘    要:本文结合生产实践,针对铜电解精炼过程中电消耗和蒸汽消耗的问题进行了分析,研究了电解液温度、电解液成分、电流密度、添加剂、阴阳极周期和极间短路对电消耗的影响,同时研究了电解液温度、阴极铜烫洗、换热器热效率和气候因素蒸汽消耗的影响,通过严格控制相关电解工艺技术条件等措施,达到了铜电解精炼过程中节能降耗的目的,这对传统铜电解技术水平的提升具有重要的实际意义。
