齿轮激光淬火硬化层数值模拟

摘    要:建立了采用轴向扫描工艺对渐开线齿轮进行激光淬火时的三维温度场数值模型,采用ANSYS软件模拟激光束扫描过程中齿面及轮齿横截面的温度分布。结果表明,激光淬硬层深度模拟结果与试验结果相吻合,可以通过该温度场模型对各种模数和齿数的齿轮激光淬火过程进行模拟,快速得到与实际相近的硬化层深度分布曲线。建立该数值模型的一些思路和方法也适用于各种曲面类零件激光淬火的数值模拟。

Abstract:A 3-D numerical temperature fields model for involute gear was developed when it was laser hardened by axial scanning process. The temperature distribution at the surface and cross-section of teeth during the laser-beam scanning was simulated by using ANSYS software. It was found that the simulated laser hardened depth was similar to experimental result, and that the laser hardening process for involute gear with different modules and different tooth numbers might be simulated by using the temperature field model to quickly obtain a hardened depth profile close to the practical situation in gear. The thinking and method for the establishment of numerical model are adap- table to numerical simulation of laser hardening for cambered parts as well.
