摘    要:研究了杨木定向刨花板3种制造参数:刨花厚度、刨花长度和板材密度对热压过程中板坯内部气体压力变化速率和板材渗透率的影响.结果表明:刨花厚度对板坯内部气体压力变化速率具有较大的影响,并且在热压前、后半段影响的结果不同;随着刨花厚度增大,板材渗透率有增大的趋势;刨花长度对热压过程中板坯内部气体压力变化速率和板材渗透率的影响规律不明显;板材密度对热压过程中板坯内部气体压力变化速率、板材渗透率具有明显的反比趋势影响.研究结果还表明,随着板材渗透性能增加,板材吸水性能也增加.研究结论有助于深入理解杨木定向刨花板的制造参数对热压过程中质传输和板材性能的影响.

Abstract:The effect of strand geometry and panel density on the rate of gas pressure variation in the aspen orientated strand board(OSB) mat during hot pressing and on the panel permeability were explored.The results of this research demonstrated that the strand thickness has a significant effect on the rate of gas pressure variation,and with the strand thickness increased,the panel permeability also increases.There is no distinct relationship between the strand length and the rate of the gas pressure variation or the panel permeability.The panel density has a very important effect on the rate of the gas pressure variation and the panel permeability.As panel permeability increased the water absorption(WA) of panel will increase.This research results are beneficial to further understand the effect of aspen OSB manufacturing parameters to mass transfer during hot pressing and panel properties.
