电触头材料抗静熔焊能力的研究

摘    要:本文从传热暂态方程出发,推导出了评价触头材料抗静熔焊能力的理论判据,并依此预测出材料非对称配对时其抗静熔焊能力存在“弱中间效应”。文中对理论预测值和试验结果进行了比较,表明用此判据预测是可行的。

Abstract:Based on the heat conduct equation,the authors develop a criterion for predicting the antistatic welding ability of electric contact materials and their pairings.The criterion indicates that there exists low side of middle effectl" when different materials are paired,this means the welding resistance of the pair is the compromise of the meterials but towards low side. Experiment results show that the prediction is feasible and significant. The relation between the static welding resistance and the materials' parameters can also be indicated clearly by the criterion.
