摘    要:本文研究了HDPE/nano-CaCO_3共混体系的形态结构与性能的关系,利用电子显微镜(SEM)观察冲击断面形貌。结果表明用表面处理剂硬脂酸处理的纳米级CaCO_3粉体在基体HDPE中的均匀分散性和相容性得到改善;在HDPE/纳米CaCO_3(S)共混体系中加入增容剂后使得纳米CaCO_3粉体与基体的相容性进一步改善,共混体系 HDPE/纳米CaCO_3的综合性能也得到提高。

Abstract:In this paper,the relations of the morphological structure and properties of HDPE/nano-CaCO_3 blends were investigated by SEM.Results indicate that nano-CaCO_3 is treated by surface treatment agent of steanic acid has a certain degree improvement to the uniform dispersiveness of nano-CaCO_3 powder and the compatibility of nano-CaCO_3 powder in HDPE matrix;Between compatibility and combination properties of HDPE/nano-CaCO_3 blends are further improved after idling in the compatibilization agent(HDPE-g-MAH).
