内蒙古某铅锌矿石铜铅分离试验研究

摘    要:内蒙古某铅锌矿石除含铅、锌外,还含有银、少量的铜等伴生有价金属,其中原矿中含铜量为0.13%。为降低铅精矿的含铜量,产出合格铜精矿,综合提高铜铅利用价值,对铜铅混合浮选和铜铅分离工艺进行小型试验研究。研究结果表明,采用铜铅混合浮选—抑铅浮铜—混合浮选尾矿选锌流程可以较好的实现铜铅分离,铜铅混合浮选闭路试验获得铜铅混合精矿含铅品位42.65%、铅回收率72.45%,含铜品位3.64%,铜回收率75.23%。铜铅分离闭路试验获得铅精矿品位46.37%、铅回收率98.80%,铜精矿品位24.59%、铜回收率90.71%,为综合回收某铅锌矿中伴生低品位铜提供了技术依据。

Experimental study on the separation of copper and lead froma lead-zinc ore in Inner Mongolia

Abstract:In addition to lead and zinc in a certain lead and zinc ore in Inner Mongolia, there are also valuable metals such as silver and a small amount of copper, of which the amount of copper in the original ore is 0.13%. In order to reduce the copper content of lead concentrate and produce qualified copper concentrate and comprehensively improve the utilization value of copper and lead, a pilot study was carried out on the separation process of copper lead mixed flotation and copper lead separation. The results show that the implementation of the separation of copper and lead with copper lead mixed flotation and flotation of copper lead zinc mixed flotation tailings can process, copper lead mixed flotation test closed mixed copper and lead concentrate grade of 42.65% and lead lead recovery 72.45%, copper grade of 3.64% copper recovery rate of 75.23%. The copper lead separation closed circuit test obtained the grade of lead concentrate 46.37%, the recovery rate of lead 98.80%, copper concentrate grade 24.59%, copper recovery rate 90.71%. It provides a technical basis for the comprehensive recovery of the associated low grade copper in a lead-zinc mine.
