高浓度尾矿小流量远距离连续输送技术的研究与应用

摘    要:高浓度尾矿小流量远距离输送过程中,极易发生沉淀,造成管道堵塞,很难实现小流量远距离连续输送。基于此研究的高浓度尾矿小流量远距离连续输送技术是一种有效的解决办法。通过对高浓度尾矿输送技术的研究和对比,最终设计了一套由取样弯管、Ф150 mm钢管短节、Ф150 mm PE引流管道、偏心异径接头、Ф80 mm钢管进浆管道、液下渣浆泵、可调速电机、Ф50 mm PE上浆管道等组成的高浓度尾矿小流量远距离连续输送系统。在介绍系统基本组成的基础上,着重介绍了高浓度尾矿取样引流、小流量高扬程提升、防沉淀稀释缓冲、液位自动调节、防堵塞手自一体式高压冲水等几项关键技术。

Abstract:High concentrations of tailings flow rate in the process of long-distance transmission, precipitated extremely easily, cause blockage, it is difficult to achieve small flow continuous transmission over a long distance.Based on the study of high concentration tailings small flow continuously over a long distance transmission technology is an effective solution.By research and contrast of high concentration tailings conveying technology, finally design a set of bend by sampling, 150 steel pipe nipple, phi phi 150 PE drainage pipelines, eccentric sloper, phi 80 steel tube into the slurry pipeline, liquid slurry pump, adjustable speed motor, phi pipelines of 50 PE sizing high concentration tailings small flow continuous conveying system over a long distance.Based on introducing the system basic composition, introduces the high concentration of tailing sampled drainage, small flow high head ascend, prevent sediment dilution buffer, liquid level automatic adjustment, anti clogging hand since the one-piece several key technology such as high pressure water.
